Microblading Miami does not offer returns or refunds due to the nature of our sterile products/supplies. However, exchanges are allowed in the event that a product that customer purchases is faulty, damaged, or does not fit the description on our website which they purchased within 14 days for the same item they purchased. A valid receipt is required and authorization must be obtained before sending any items back to us.

If items were damaged in transit by a shipping carrier, you need to file a claim with respective carrier.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. All payments for classes and deposits to reserve your spot are not refundable under any circumstances.

If a customer cancels the order before it is shipped we reserve the right to deduct bank fees charged to us by our credit card processors.

If you like to cancel the order right after it was placed, please call us at 305-766-2865 for faster response because we do not have the ability to reply to emails as fast in this unprecedented times.

PMU machines come with 30 days manufacturer's limited warranty that covers any manufacturer's defect but does not cover negligence or misuse of equipment.

Microblading Miami doesn't offer price match for products/supplies/services or classes.

We value our knowledge and our products quality and ask you to respect this. 

If an item was purchased that qualifies for an exchange, that item must be mailed back to Microblading Miami at the address below to execute the exchange with tracking number. Please email us a tracking number so we can follow up on the package.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If returned item is received with damaged original retail packaging then $25 will be deducted from refund amount in addition to 20% restocking fee and original shipping from us to you if you opted for free shipping during your checkout.

Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.

All payments for classes and deposits to reserve your spot are not refundable. In case you need to reschedule your date, you must email us at 14 days before your scheduled class in order for us to reschedule you. All requests received in less than 14 days will not be honored and you will lose your payment. Class balance must be received by us 14 days prior to class start. In case it is not received 14 days before, your spot will become available and your deposit will not be refundable.

When will my order be shipped?

 Orders placed at or before 1:00pm on Monday-Friday, will be shipped out that same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm on Monday-Friday, will be shipped out the next business day. All weekend orders will be shipped out on Monday (business day). We reserve the right to upgrade your chosen shipping service to a faster service at no charge to you. Please note that this does not include Delivery company's processing time. In some instances and in busy times of the year we require 2 day handling/processing time after your order is placed.

In light of the current events, shipping times can vary based on availability through USPS.

Unfortunately, we have no control of any delays once your order is shipped, but we are always available to give an update on your orders whereabouts and we are happy to help you at any time!

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 States in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses. For armed forces, please select APO/FPO addresses for the correct shipping method.

For international, we are currently shipping to most of the countries. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to ship to that location at this time. See more information below.

Please note: Orders will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address by Paypal only. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice. Additionally, certain orders are going to be shipped with signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package).

*During Covid-19 USPS states that delivery times could be longer.

International Orders:

All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Microblading Miami is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stopped by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties. In other words, as a consumer who chooses to purchase and have products shipped to a country outside of the United States, you are taking responsibility for your purchase, and acknowledging that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such shipments. Please contact your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regards to Permanent Makeup Products.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to products that are returned to our facility. If the return of your package incurred any types of return fees or duty fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.

All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. Microblading Miami is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.

For Priority Mail International shipments, tracking will show movement from our facility to the US international Sort Facility and then once it arrives in your country (Not all countries will provide tracking updates. If you have not received your order within 15 days, please contact your local customs agency). Standard international shipping will only show movement from our warehouse to the US international sort facility. (If you have not received your order within 45 days, please contact your local customs agency).

Late Shipments:

We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier:

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the "my account" page.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.

USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing a package. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:

Please review your shipping address on carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Microblading Miami once the package was accepted by a carrier and such carrier shows that the package was accepted by them on their respective website, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier or customs office in use. Microblading Miami strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Microblading Miami is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
