NE Pigment Thinner / Dilutor #601

Use it if you want a soft shading or a smooth gradient. With a diluent, the pigment won't become  liquid, won't flow from the spout or splash during operation.
Adjust the pigment concentration yourself. We recommend taking 2 drops of diluent for 6-7 drops of pigment, usually this is enough to work on any zone.
Do not dilute the black #303 when working on the eyeliner.
